برنامج «شكرا» برنامج ولاء بتديره شركة Talent Industrial للسباكين والتجار اللي بيركّبوا ويبيعوا منتجاتنا، ولمندوبي المبيعات بتوعنا.
البيانات اللي بنجمعها
- الاسم ورقم الموبايل والمحافظة والمنطقة.
- عند التسجيل كسبّاك أو تاجر: الرقم القومي وصورة البطاقة من الوشين.
- بيانات طلبات المعاينة: اسم العميل ورقمه وعنوانه وموقعه على الخريطة، ورقمه القومي لشهادة الضمان، والمنتجات، والصور.
- النقاط والسحوبات والهدايا والكوبونات.
- للمندوبين: الزيارات ومواعيد الدخول والخروج والموقع وقت الزيارة.
- لو بتتواصل معانا على واتساب: رقمك والرسايل اللي بتبعتها وحالة وصول رسايلنا.
بنستخدمها في إيه
- تشغيل البرنامج: مراجعة المعاينات، وإضافة النقاط، وصرف السحوبات والهدايا، وإصدار شهادات الضمان.
- نبعتلك رسايل خدمة (إشعارات على التطبيق، أو SMS، أو واتساب) عن طلباتك ونقاطك.
- الرد عليك لما تكلمنا.
- متابعة شغل مندوبي المبيعات وتخطيط زياراتهم.
مين بيشوفها
- فريق Talent Industrial المسؤول عن البرنامج بس.
- مزودين بنستخدمهم عشان نبعت الرسايل (زي Meta لواتساب، وGoogle Firebase للإشعارات، ومزود الـ SMS)، وفي حدود إرسال الرسايل بس.
- مش بنبيع بياناتك ولا بنديها لحد يستخدمها في تسويق.
رسايل واتساب
بنبعتلك رسايل خدمة على واتساب لو وافقت. تقدر توقفها في أي وقت لما ترد بكلمة «إيقاف» أو تكلمنا.
مدة الاحتفاظ
بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك شغال، وبعدها للمدة اللي القانون أو الضمان أو الحسابات المالية محتاجاها بس.
حقوقك
تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو مسحها. طريقة طلب المسح في صفحة مسح البيانات.

Shukran Privacy Policy

Shukran is a loyalty program run by Talent Industrial for the plumbers and traders who install and sell our products, and for our sales representatives.
Data we collect
- Name, mobile number, governorate and area.
- When you register as a plumber or trader: your national ID number and photos of the front and back of your ID card.
- Inspection request details: customer name, phone, address and map location, national ID for the warranty certificate, products and photos.
- Points, withdrawals, gifts and coupons.
- For sales representatives: visits, check-in and check-out times, and location at the time of a visit.
- If you contact us on WhatsApp: your number, the messages you send, and the delivery status of our messages.
How we use it
- To run the program: review inspections, add points, pay withdrawals and gifts, and issue warranty certificates.
- To send you service messages (app notifications, SMS or WhatsApp) about your requests and points.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To follow up and plan our sales representatives' visits.
Who can see it
- Only the Talent Industrial team that runs the program.
- Providers we use to deliver messages (such as Meta for WhatsApp, Google Firebase for notifications, and our SMS provider), only to deliver those messages.
- We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
WhatsApp messages
We send you service messages on WhatsApp only if you agree. You can stop them at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as the law, warranties or financial records require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. See Data deletion.
