طلب مسح بياناتك من شكرا
علشان تطلب مسح حسابك وبياناتك من برنامج شكرا، اختار طريقة من دول:
- من التطبيق: افتح تطبيق شكرا، وادخل على الإعدادات، واضغط «حذف الحساب».
- أو كلمنا: ابعت رسالة على 01555569983 أو إيميل على info@talentindustrial.com، واكتب: «عايز أمسح حسابي في شكرا»، ومعاها اسمك ورقم الموبايل المسجل. هنتأكد إن الطلب منك برسالة على رقمك المسجل.
هنمسح حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوم من الطلب، ونبعتلك رسالة لما يخلص.
اللي بنحتفظ بيه بعد المسح
سجلات الضمان والحسابات المالية (السحوبات والمدفوعات) اللي القانون بيطلب نحتفظ بيها، من غير ما نستخدمها في أي حاجة تانية.
ملاحظة
النقط اللي لسه ما اتصرفتش هتضيع بمسح الحساب. لو عايز تصرفها، اطلب السحب الأول.
Request deletion of your Shukran data
To delete your Shukran account and data, use either way:
- In the app: open the Shukran app, go to Settings and tap "Delete account" (حذف الحساب).
- Or contact us: send a message to 01555569983 or email info@talentindustrial.com saying "Delete my Shukran account", with your name and registered mobile number. We will confirm the request with a message to your registered number.
We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days of the request and message you when it is done.
What we keep after deletion
Warranty records and financial records (withdrawals and payments) that the law requires us to keep, used for nothing else.
Note
Unredeemed points are lost when the account is deleted. Request a withdrawal first if you want to use them.
